Shane and Bianca at the Trussville, AL location were absolute angels in helping me replace my flat tire, as well as the other 3 tires that were getting pretty worn. I had my vehicle towed to their location and gave the shop a call as a heads up. Bianca answered the phone and was incredibly kind and gathered all my information and asked all relevant questions to ensure she understood all of my needs. Shane was in the shop the next day as my tires were getting replaced and he kept me updated the entire time on the process. My husband is active duty Army and is out of state for training, and they were so kind and patient with me as I had no idea what kind of tires to purchase. They also understood that I am currently the sole caretaker of my toddler and made sure to make my vehicle a priority. I can't say enough good things about Mavis, especially the Trussville location. We have brought several vehicles here and have always been pleased with the employees' demeanors, positive attitudes, and prompt service. I also felt ZERO pressure to buy anything, but at the same time, was thoroughly given all the options available, their pros and cons, and the prices of the tires. Keep up the good work, friends!
