I'm an older gentleman, so he was able to explain everything that I needed done. He took his time with me and went over everything, whereas most places and people take advantage of someone like me, who is a little bit older. He specified to me that he would never recommend anything that I wouldn't need. He took me out to show me how the brake pads and rotors looked (which were very bad). Overall, my experience was awesome. He treated me with respect, and I always felt welcomed, and he was just awesome. - Woodbridge, VA
