Had 4 new tires installed on 11-22-2023. Just tried to remove the lugnuts on one tire and had to stand on the tire iron and bounce to loosen them (I'm 207 lbs.) They WAY overtorqued the lugnuts and I was afraid I was going to break a stud. Now I have to go back to Mavis to have them loosen all the lugnuts and tighten them at a normal level (I've had the same problem at Sam's, broke 2 studs because of them.) My wife took the car and she was told I need new brake pads (true, just checked) and that the rotors were needing to be replaced. I checked the rotors and they are at 21mm (discard level is 19mm). It seems like an unnecessary attempt at a sale. The tires seem to be fine. Mavis had them listed on their website as being eligible for a rebate offer (a huge reason I bought them, a $50 or $60 rebate.) When I sent in the rebate to Goodyear I was told this model tire is not eligible for a rebate and was denied. This was NOT a good experience overall with Mavis.
