My daily commute is less than 15 miles on city streets. I have made one trip that was apx 700 miles on mainly 4 plus lane roads. Part of my trip was in torrential rain into weather that ranged from 40 to 70 with high winds 2 days. The new tires were great. No problems with the variance in driving conditions.
