I needed a tire with farm, dirt road and highway driving capabilities. Very few offerings for this Jeep model. The Scorpion ATs have been great in the snow this year. I live on a dirt road, have a 700 foot gravel driveway, and commute via scary country two-laner, state highway and interstate. The Scorpions have handled some very difficult, blizzard like conditions, 4-6 inches of fresh snow on road, high drifts on the farm (dirt) roads and similar issues, with great consistency and confidence. The only sliding I have experienced is slight in hard corners on snow/sand covered two laners. With four wheel lock on the Jeep, I have not been stuck nor even slightly concerned on the drifts at the farm or in snow storms on the roads. Highly recommended. Infinitely better than the OEM tires shipped with the Jeep. My only prior experience with Pirellis were motorcycle tires that I was very happy with - now I am a fan of the car tires, too.
