What Is a TPMS Sensor?
TPMS (or Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors are little devices that are found on your car's wheel. These sensors keep track of your vehicle's tire pressure and send that information to your car's computer. If tire pressure gets too low in the tire, the TPMS lets the car know, resulting in some form of warning from your car that tire pressure is lower than it should be.
