"I was really impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the Rio Grande, NJ facility. I had a tire blowout on the NJ Parkway, and when I got to the shore, I searched for a place to get a tire. I called Mavis, and they recommended a tire compatible with what I had. They were able to help me in my time of need, and the price was very fair. They didn't try to upsell me or oversell me; they were more concerned about matching a product to my needs. "I honestly can't think of anything you need to improve. My experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and low-pressure, which made a huge difference. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I've had tires replaced at many places over the years, and this was by far the most comfortable and pleasant experience. For what it's worth, I've also been to Weldon (which I understand is under the same ownership), and the experience there didn't come close to this one. Whatever this location is doing, it's working.
