"I want to give a big thumbs-up to Mavis Discount Tire for standing behind their work and warranty. A few weeks ago, I purchased four new tires, rear shocks, and an alignment. Within a few days, we started noticing a stiff banging sensation in the rear when hitting potholes. I brought the vehicle back to Mavis, and they quickly diagnosed the issue; one of the new rear shocks was leaking. Without any hassle, they replaced both rear shocks promptly and at no charge under the warranty. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The local staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which really made a difference. It's refreshing to deal with a shop that truly stands by their service and takes customer concerns seriously.
