CJ runs a great business and team. Nick is a phenomenal mechanic and remembers my vehicles when we take them in. We had our SUV at the Ford garage to get a new key made and had a diagnosis on the AC. Once we had the diagnosis done, we took it to Nick for the work because we trust his work. Today my F150 was in for ball joints, Aiden did the work and was very thorough. Always pleased with the service there.

Just keep doing what you are doing. I have been dealing with NTB for awhile now and I am always pleased. CJ and Rob have always been helpful and caring for my many automobile needs. I have even talked to some of the mechanics and they have also been very helpful with explaining things that even makes sense to me. I always recommend this NTB location to my friends.

I have been an NTB customer for years. They always take great care of my needs. I trust them, the employees are great, friendly and courteous. Your manager at this store is the best. I listened to him helping a couple of customers while I waited and he was really helpful to them. The mechanic explained why my service took a little longer than usual when he brought my car out. Amazing group out there.
