"I wanted to note that Al was great. I had been there two weeks before for an inspection, and there were some repair issues that were recommended. I wasn't able to do them at that time, but Al worked with me, and I was able to come back and get the repairs done. I didn't feel like I was pressured or upsold repairs I didn't need, and everything was completed in a day. In fact, an incorrect part was delivered that day, but Al and the other techs worked hard to get the car ready, even if it meant staying a little late. Andrew was also great. He kept giving me updates about the car and helped check me out when it was ready. I can't speak to the other Mavis branches because the customer service at the Pawling location is so great I've never visited other sites (even though there are several closer to where I live and work).
