Justin and Fin were great! I was on the way back to Birmingham from Montgomery with my sister who had just had oral surgery when my car started vibrating badly. I was close by so I stopped at the Alabaster location. Justin and Fin immediately got it in and inspected it. Both front tires had begun separating. They inspected everything to make sure there weren't other immediate issues and replaced the front tires so I could get my sister home. I told them I had an alignment scheduled for the next day at another shop. They understood my need to get in and get back moving and were very helpful & professional. They did say to make sure I had the alignment done asap & I did the next day. Very happy with my experience. If I lived closer, I would use this shop more often. - Alabaster, AL
