This is the first time I have had a positive experience with a Mavis. Most places just want to take your car and never reach out to give an update. I blew out a tire on my way to work and had to get towed in. This Mavis took in my vehicle within 20 minutes of me arriving. This Mavis was prompt to call me with updates and even gave me a little discount because they felt sympathy for me. Everyone there seems to want to do what's best for the customer, and I really appreciate that.
