I dropped my car off for service and expressed that I was not in a rush to pick it up so I expected it to take several hours as it was a very busy day. Unfortunately, there were delays and my car was not done by the end of business day. Victoria called and explained the delays to me and provided me with completion options. I told her it was no worry and I would pick it up tomorrow. She was very apologetic and honored my time by completing the job the next morning.
