Service was great! Sebastian, the mechanic, stayed two hours past his shift end to service the vehicle, as he was waiting on a part for delivery. The sales manager, Danny, was very well spoken and kept us up to date on the repair. At the end they also saved us 300 dollars on the final repair cost by being honest and only replacing the part that absolutely needed to be fixed. I love this place and I'm glad you guys were the first place I thought to bring my daughter's car for service. Thank you!!!

This store in Bernardsville is IMPECCABLE with the clean waiting area, available water fountain, fresh new tires in inventory and most importantly....the wonderful staff who always smiles and willing to help. Our town appreciates excellent service and has an abundance of valued cars that don't have time to travel to long distance dealerships. So far from what I can see, the oil change on my Audi was handled with care and will see you in the future (hope not-lol) for any other repairs/replacements needed. Thank you- Melvin

I have nothing negative to say, just wanted to make a comment about how great the staff is! Everybody is always super friendly/welcoming, they keep me updated throughout the service, explain in easy to understand terms what they may have noticed wrong with my car, provide multiple different options based on my financial needs, and are overall always super helpful. Would definitely recommend Mavis of Bernardsville to family and friends and will also always choose them to work on my car!

We have been a Bernardsville Mavis customer for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Kadija was excellent at finding me the correct tire, noticing that my car had different tires on the front and the back, and explaining everything clearly about the process. I was impressed with her knowledge about flat run tires and her empathy about the experience of driving on a flat run tire. Kadija had such a "can do" attitude filled with friendliness, thoroughness, and confidence that she would deliver exactly what she promised. And she did! Great experience! Awesome customer service.
