I reached out to the shop to let them know it was coming in. I talked to Taylor, she was very easy to deal with. They had the tire replaced and ready to go before leaving on Sunday evening. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information needed to get this remedied quickly. Took all our info over the phone and emailed the invoice once complete.
