I came back to pick up my car and upon asking the desk attendant whether or not the screw had punctured the tire and, therefore, required a tire replacement, he said he assumed so and charged my card for a replacement tire. Within 20 minutes I received another call from Carl and this time took the call. He explained that the screw had not punctured the tire and he would be crediting back the charge.
