I would like to compliment the staff. Richard set up the appointment for me to have a tire repaired or replaced and promised me that if I had to drop off my car earlier than the appointment, that someone would check to make sure that the screw had actually punctured the tire before replacing the tire. Carl tried calling me early in the afternoon, but I didn't recognize the number. I came back to pick up my car and upon asking the desk attendant whether or not the screw had punctured the tire and, therefore, required a tire replacement, he said he assumed so and charged my card for a replacement tire. Within 20 minutes I received another call from Carl and this time took the call. He explained that the screw had not punctured the tire and he would be crediting back the charge.
