My experience was made a 5-star one by the Deland facilities shop manager named Skip. This young man met me as I approached the building, introduced himself, and asked how he could assist. My daughter had brought her car in earlier for diagnosis. Skip showed me what he had discovered and answered any questions I had. He offered reasonable options as repairs were costly. It was obvious to me that he runs a tight ship as ALL of the bays were tidy and orderly. I am a long-time resident who has been unsatisfied with many local auto repair shops. It does not matter if he does the actual work, I am comfortable knowing that he will take responsibility for the work performed. As long as Skip is at this facility so shall I be.
