Ryan and Raphael were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Although I originally went in for tires, they found brake and rear shock issues that were not only in extreme need of repair and replacement, but presented a dangerous safety issue. When a part arrived that could have been used, but was not the perfect solution they let me know and ordered the most acceptable replacement part and had it in house the next day. After using the vehicle for a few days I returned with a question concerning the PSI requirement for the tires. Ryan quickly explained what was required while also solving an unrelated battery/electrical issuing I was having. I will definitely return to Mavis Tire as our 3 vehicles require service.
