I have been to this location a few times within the past year and each interaction has been fantastic. I will say that being a single mom bringing vehicles in for maintenance is not always a comfortable place to be, however, the folks at Mavis in Hillsborough, NC are amazing and they put me at ease every time. They do not treat me as someone who is less because I am a woman. They are kind and explain everything and answer all my questions. I recommend this location whenever I can.
