I asked the manager to do a little extra legwork for me to find me alternate brake pads to the OEM because I wasn't happy with the originals. He was able to find a great alternative and still gave me a price that was very close to what they would charge for standard product. Since it had to be shipped from across the country, it took a few days extra, but once they received them, they let me come in immediately without an appointment and had me out there in an hour. Excellent work all around.

Howell Mavis is very fortunate to have such a knowledge employee. He makes you want to come back. His staff is just as nice too. They follow his lead.
