The moment I walked in and spoke with Sam, my fears went away. His kind and gentle nature was comforting. He assured me that they could take care of the issue for me and that I had nothing to worry about. I asked if they could check everything in my car to make sure it's safe. Sam said that they would do this. After a short while, Todd came out to tell me what he found wrong with my car. He showed me the tire sensor part and explained how it worked and how the battery was low. He told me how he was going to fix it. After he checked everything in my car to make sure it was safe to drive, all I needed done was to replace the air filter and wipers. My car is 14 years old. They easily could've told me that it needed more work, but they didn't. They are honest and nice and gave me peace of mind. We recently moved from another state and we missed our old mechanic. Now I know that my family's cars are in good hands with Sam, Todd and the gang at the Lakewood Mavis Discount Tire shop! THANKS SO MUCH, GUYS!
