Thierry and Tom are excellent humans. From the minute I walked inside to the front counter to start my service order Thierry was happy, pleasant and we had some good laughs about my poor car maintenance which has always been one of my downfalls. He is a genuinely kind person and made being in the building very pleasant as always. Tom called me personally before he started working on my vehicle and nicely explained to me what I needed and said he would do his best to get it done by the end of the day. I dropped off my vehicle at 12:30pm and got a call from Thierry at 4:15pm it was ready. This was another EXCELLENT experience at this location. I met Roger a few months ago and because of him I came back yesterday. And I will continue to come back because of Thierry and Tom. You guys deserve a raise!!! Have a fantastic day!
