After having a bad experience at the Mavis in Nanuet, Smith St, I received a call from Walter who kindly asked me to drop the car at his shop in West Haverstraw. As soon as I arrived, he looked over the car. He explained to me in details what was wrong with it. He also informed me the services I was told I needed in Nanuet were not needed. However there were repairs that needed to be done and he kindly went over it with me. After that, they promptly worked on the car and were done with it within an hour. It was the best service I've received at any Mavis I've been to. The employees were polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.
