The customer satisfaction was excellent I arrived Monday morning at 8:45am Doug scheduled me for the Monday appointment. He was incredible in delivering the best information for me to suit my needs. He knew right away what I was dealing with after I explained my situation. Once I arrived the next day to leave my BMW because of brake and rotor issues. Hugo took very good care of me. When I walked in he greeted me asked what could he help me with I quickly explained why I was dropping off my car. He took a little information got my tag number and that's it. I was able to report back to work, it was in and out. A few hours later he contacted me and said my car is ready. I went on my lunch break picked up my car and back to work. It was so smooth and convenient I realized at that moment I needed to bring all my cars here for services. I spoke with Doug after he closed out payment he told me that they can service all types of model vehicles. I am making my next appointment for next week for my sports car to be serviced. I never been to this location before and glad I got to experience a place for repair that I can count on. Thanks Doug and Hugo you're the best!!!
