Service was outstanding. I came in to get a tire patched and I found out that 3 of my tires were all over 5 years old and couldn't be patched anymore. After some indecision, I ended up getting 3 new tires; this was due to both the front desk staff, as well as the service technician, all thoughtfully explaining my options. When I mentioned that I typically went to a competitor, they worked to match the price so that I could get everything done right at Mavis. Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. They were all joking and also knew all of the repeat customers names. - Decatur, GA
