I was able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours of calling the store. On the phone, the manager was extremely thorough. When I got there, I informed him I was making a long trip within the next few days and he made sure to check for anything that needed immediate attention. When they did find a couple things, I was called right away and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand even with minimal knowledge on cars. I never felt like I was being deceived, and I noticed with another customer, the manager made sure to point out the best deals, which was amazing to hear. At the end, Max brought my keys over to me and further explained what he saw that would need attention in the future and what that would look like. All the staff I interacted with were EXTREMELY polite and you could tell their number one priority is to take care of their customers. They had an extremely busy day but made sure they did everything right the first time, and even with it being so busy, they still made sure to take their time with each customer and explain exactly what was going on with their cars. I have never seen such attention to detail at a shop, or the level of customer service that is displayed here. Thank you all for taking your time and assuring the highest quality of service! You are a great example for other shops.
