Jessica was the example of a helpful, informative and considerate service manager. She knows the product line and she managed various customers with thoughtfulness and grace (I say "with grace" because of how she handled one customer who was irritated over nothing at all). While Jessica made me aware of more options and I did upgrade my choice of tires, I did not feel any pressure to do so.
