I originally spoke to Alex from the call center; I told him how I had a bad experience at another tire place (not STS) and was explaining my concerns to him and he really assured me that STS would be able to handle my situation and made me feel comfortable, he was friendly and even made me laugh. When I got to the STS store, the receptionist (sorry, didn't catch her name!) was very nice. The mechanic working on my car was Anthony, he was very communicative about what was going on with my car and did a great job getting the work done quickly. This was my second service at this facility and in both cases the customer care person at the counter was not only pleasant to interact with and very good at keeping me informed of progress, they did not attempt to sell services/products not required.
