I was there at 8 am when they opened and they were working on my car shortly after that ( I didn't have an appointment and my repair was completed in an hour). Clif was very personable and very helpful. He showed me the tire after it was removed and explained what had happened to my satisfaction. I spoke, in person, with Mark at your wall nj location on Thursday. He answered my questions and was very personable and accommodating. I came back Friday morning and Mark was able to evaluate my car. He showed me and explained to me the reason for each repair and itemized the cost of each item. At first I wasn't going to do everything, but after I thought about I did agree to all the repairs. He never tried to give me the hard sell to get me to agree to anything. The repairs were done in a timely fashion as promised. I can honestly say Mark's accommodating approach to my car needs and his honest caring personality is the reason I chose Mavis.
