Everyone working that evening was kind, helpful, and informative. They offered to rotate the tires and then advised me that since it's a front wheel drive vehicle, they will leave the tire placement as is because the better ones should be up front. They also gave me advice on how to drive in the snow by letting out 6 pounds of pressure from the front to help grip. We will definitely be using Mavis for all our future oil change needs.

The employees went above and beyond today 6-11-23. They treated each customer with respect and since there is no vending machine one employee went and bought me a couple of drinks while I was waiting for my vehicle. He even offered to buy me snacks.
