Matt, the manager on duty, was very good about getting us in for an emergency repair for a puncture of one of my brand new tires. This was on a new vehicle with 1600 miles on it. I was not sure the tire could be repaired, and Matt could have sold me a tire, but he said the puncture was within the limits of repair. The repair avoided me having to buy a mismatched tire. We were leaving for a road trip the next morning and did not have time to wait for a matching tire to be delivered. I was very impressed that I was not pressured to buy a new tire.
