They were so polite with everyone, even more polite when a person called 3 times in 15 minutes asking for the address of NTB, when the person could just use Google Maps or Siri to get to the office. This will go a long way in setting a benchmark for customer service. I had an emergency with battery not working and car not starting - I called and went after 4:30 PM and Marlin still took care of me with everything I needed and got back home happy, or else I would have been without a car for a day when I have to take my kids to classes, etc. Really, they are very good people to have in any company!
