Sal IS AMAZING !! I initially went to a national chain down the road to get my tire plugged, they wanted $53.00 to plug one tire, I said “that is outrageous,†and left. I went into Mavis at 11 am today10/1/21 to have a tire plugged, and Sal explained that it will be $21.39 but there will be a two hour wait, come back at 1 and I will get you in. I came back at 1 pm, Sal took my info, I waited from start to finish, maybe 15 minutes and my car was done. I watched how Sal was with other customers as I waited for my car, he is professional, spoke to each person with respect, was patient explaining warranties, etc. Sal “TRULY†cares about his position, the company he works for and ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMERS THAT WSLK IN HIS FRONT DOOR.!!! In this day and age, with customer service completely down the tube, it is not only refreshing to meet someone like Sal but it says a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT for the upswing in Customer Service that Mavis is providing. I am a FIRM BELIEVER IN “EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON,†this is true of my EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Sal and Mavis Tire.
