Bob and the entire staff were friendly, respectful, and always communicated what was being done with our vehicles. We were scheduled at another tire place we have used for years in Cranberry. They were disrespectful and pulled tires off and then called to say didn't have them in stock. We drove straight to NTB Cranberry and received immediate customer service. We purchased our tires and cancelled our appointment at the dealership for inspection. They did an inspection and put new tires on.
