I was a walk in for work on a tire that was losing air because of a previous plug that failed from another tire center. Your representative was polite and explained what could be done if the patch was not near the tire edge, or if this was the case, they could install my spare tire. The plug was demonstrated to me. I elected to do another task and return. When I did, I was given immediate attention and my wait was less than one hour for service to be completed. Replugging could be done and the work was completed. I will be sure to use Tire Kingdom for any work I need in the future. - Deland, FL
