My experience was great. I had gotten a quote for front and rear brakes from another shop that I thought was high. I took my car in for evaluation and Al helped me with a more reasonable quote for the brakes and included several more services for the same price as just brakes from the other shop. It's great to have a reputable shop in our neighborhood.
