This NTB has always been there for me when I have had emergencies. The first time I brought my car I had a flat tire, but I was living an hour away. Every other tire service in the county was closed. They fixed the problem even though they had to complete the work after closing time. Tim, the customer service representative, always goes above and beyond to assist and explain. My car had a problem with the air vents and Tim offered to check. He then got down in the floorboard and quickly fixed the problem despite causing himself a small injury to his hand. He is consistently patient, professional, and friendly with everyone who comes through the door.
