I could not have had a better experience. I arrived with a screw in my rear tire sidewall. Joe Banis explained to me that it is impossible to patch and I would need a new tire. Joe provided the price and I approved. Tire delivery would take 2 days but that was no problem. Before I left the store Joe and his co-worker, Angel Torres, explained to me that I needed to purchased 2 tires due to the fact the car was all wheel drive and replacing one tire could possible damage the transmission. They reworked the estimate and gave me reduced cost for the 2 tires plus some Miscellaneous expenses. I could not have been more pleased. These two gentleman exemplified what great customer service can be. - Forked River, NJ
