Couldn't be happier. Changing Audi A7 rear tire randomly stopped by to order and change the tire. Lady and one gentleman were behind the counter, took my inquiry and told me the price as well as when the car would be expected to be done. Left my car overnight. For the next day my car was ready for pick up by 5 PM because I was not able to show up earlier for pick up. Anyway, I was called and let know that the car is ready as well I was warned that my rear brakes were not in good shape. Service was offered by Laura very professionally and not pushy. Laura said that could have been done on the same day before my pick up time scheduled. I declined the offer because my brakes supposedly were changed 3 months ago at an Audi dealer in Englewood. (Which I will be dealing with them later). I truly appreciate Mavis's great service and keep up the good work. P.S. Car-wash would have been a nice touch. Dino T. - Fort Lee, NJ
