Ray was FANTASTIC!! I was down there to pick up a car from my father's estate. Upon arriving at his house, I found the car to be dead. Not being from the area, and seeing the Tire Kingdom sign on the way to my dad's house, I called up there to inquire if they had any services to help. Ray was the one who helped me. While they could not help with getting the car to them, he told me they could replace the battery and gave me the name of a tow/jump service. I called that service and they were also awesome. I finally got the car up there, Ray brought it right in, told me how much the battery would cost, explained the service charge and also told me about the warranty. Honestly couldn't ask for better service and I have already sang his/their praises to people I know down there. Here's the kicker - my husband is a car dealer in SC so I know the automotive business!! I'm a tough critic so for me to rave, that's an outstanding employee and service!
