They offered to rotate the tires and then advised me that since it's a front wheel drive vehicle, they will leave the tire placement as is because the better ones should be up front. They also gave me advice on how to drive in the snow by letting out 6 pounds of pressure from the front to help grip. The employees went above and beyond today 6-11-23.
