The repair avoided me having to buy a mismatched tire. We were leaving for a road trip the next morning and did not have time to wait for a matching tire to be delivered. I was very impressed that I was not pressured to buy a new tire. Everyone working that evening was kind, helpful, and informative. They offered to rotate the tires and then advised me that since it's a front wheel drive vehicle, they will leave the tire placement as is because the better ones should be up front. They also gave me advice on how to drive in the snow by letting out 6 pounds of pressure from the front to help grip.
