I just wanted to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time at any car maintenance facility. I have experienced so many times auto mechanics talking to me as though I know nothing about my vehicle, which always bothers me. I cannot remember the two gentlemen's names, but the fellas that I interacted with were helpful, polite, and respectful. The one that I checked in with quickly realized that I had a basic knowledge of what I needed and answered all of my questions without any condescension. Sadly, that is rare for me, but I greatly appreciated it. I will be using this facility again and recommending it to everyone I know. - Gastonia, NC
