Strange to say, but I wish I had more reason to visit Mavis on W. Putnam Avenue. Yesterday's visit was another example of their consistently excellent, friendly, and expert service. The guys who work there (all of them, technicians, manager) go above and beyond to attend to my car's needs and keep me informed along the way. The waiting area is so lovely and clean, and other customers were happily working on their laptops, making calls, or just relaxing and reading magazines. My car feels well cared for, and as I said, this Mavis branch would be the first place I would go to for any car needs, especially an older one. It's extraordinary. - Greenwich, CT
