I even spoke to one of the other mechanics when I called with questions about my vehicle after the service (I forget his name but he was very respectful). Omar took the time to call back and ask if everything was going well with the vehicle and mentioned that he would take the time to look at my car again if I still had any concerns. When I came in Malik had recognized be from being there in the last for other services, saw we had our kids with us and had a new tire on my car in 15 minutes. First time going there today (10/7/2021) as my normal tire company (Royal) closed permanently and I was extremely impressed. Great staff and very clean facility. Showroom and desk were all very neat and clean. They even have a waiting section for kids with toys and a television, all extremely clean. I purchased two new tires and had them installed on the rear, and my existing rear tires rotated to the front. Work was done very timely and I was updated on the progress. I inquired about several other things I may get done to my vehicle in the future and they answered all my questions and even gave me a quote on one of the jobs.
