I feel there's nothing that could've been done better. I shopped around for the tires I needed and Mavis had the best price. They accommodated my crazy schedule and remained flexible as to when I could get there to have tires installed. My memory isn't so good and I forget the woman's name who handled everything at the shop. I want to commend her for the customer service that was provided. She was very professional. Her conversation skills made me feel like I had a personal experience as a customer at Mavis; that is something that is lacking today, but not at that Mavis location. I appreciate that greatly because that is something that we as customers don't experience too often anymore. I will be sharing my experience there with others. Thank you very much.
