Zander was incredibly helpful and understanding of my need for reasonable, yet safe and dependable tires in a very short amount of time. I had a family emergency and needed to leave the state asap. He was professional, kind and empathetic to my situation. The mechanics who were in the store on Friday, April 7th replaced my old tires with the two I had purchased within a short amount of time, so I could travel to see my father. I truly appreciate the help I received that day and the time Zander took to tell me about the different options I had regarding tires. He was not pushy or assertive, yet patient and thorough with the information he provided about the tires. I will return to Mavis in Jamison, PA for further services. Thank you, Linda G.
