Your staff is Superb! Very professional and thorough. They noticed something big that was wrong with my Ford Explorer, which they said should be covered by the warranty. I contacted the Ford dealership and it is being repaired under warranty at no charge to me. Another auto service may not have noticed this or told the customer about it, and I'm very grateful your attentive staff noticed this and told me about it! They go above and beyond!
