I dropped my car off and the staff was very thorough with understanding what I needed, called me with the price after reviewing the car and had it done on time. There was a new person at the front checking me in and checking me out and he was extremely professional and very nice. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name from Sunday 06.26.2022, but my appt. was set @ 2 p.m. He was very helpful and courteous & made recommendations and even offered a discount. I had a bad day that day...not b/c of the tires he helped me with, but he helped in a way to ease my mind so I wouldn't focus on the issue...he and his specialist that day took care of it...recommended what my "homework" was for the next issue on my suspensions & shocks. I recommended this place to my family the day I had the tires done. Please give extra kudos for these gentlemen on a day they were short staffed...they handled it well!
