I really appreciated the friendly service that I received from each of the staff members that I spoke to. I would like to specifically thank Randy and Russel at the Kingston location for taking such good care of me and my car, being upfront and honest about every step of the process, and offering very competitive rates that helped assured me that I was getting the most value for my money. They were able to get my car in same day for an oil change, tune up, and a full exhaust replacement. Not once did I feel pressured, unsure, or uncomfortable (which have all been feelings I've experienced at other shops in the past!) I'll never take my car anywhere else. 10/10 all around!
