Anthony was professional and honest. I had a large bolt in one of my tires so I arrived without an appointment and they took the car in that morning so I also requested an oil change. Anthony called me to say the tire can be fixed, but the treads were worn and also the other tires were showing wear and tear. He didn't pressure me to buy the new tires, but I went ahead with it based on price and he comped the oil change which was a welcomed offer!!
