Jacob is always top-notch, and our technician, Johnny, was diligent in finding a tricky electrical issue with our AC. Very much appreciated since it's been in the 90s and no AC feels like a death sentence. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our truck back the same day so we could use it for work the next day.
