Both RaShawn and Shawn provided exceptional service. They were very courteous, friendly, professional and patient. I was having a stressful day and was afraid my tire would blow out while driving on the turnpike. My husband located the nearest tire shop in the area I was traveling. RaShawn checked me in as soon as I arrived. He informed me when my vehicle was ready to be pulled in to be serviced and came to me while sitting in the waiting area and updated me on the status of my vehicle. Upon checking out, Shawn looked at me and knew that I was having a rough day. He processed my coupon and encouraged me to relax. Both RaShawn and Shawn were very nice, respectful gentleman. Because of the service provided at this location, my husband decided to schedule an appointment at a Mavis location closer to our home to get two new tires for his car.
